Terms of Service for Booking the Limousine

We make no recommendations or endorsements on the products or services of any particular business. The firms who provide transportation services are not our employees or agents, and the companies do not consider us to be their agents either. We are not responsible for any of the services that you requested in your service request, nor do we perform any of the services that you requested. The terms of any contracts you have with affiliated firms, in addition to any federal, state, provincial, or local laws that may be applicable, will govern your legal rights. In the event that you have a disagreement with any LIMOUSINE OR BUS company, you are required to take up such a disagreement directly with the affiliate company. We make no guarantees or representations regarding the skills or representations of such transportation service or the quality of the service that he or she may perform for you if you elect to hire their services. Because we do not take measures to examine the credentials of the companies with which we are affiliated, we are unable to guarantee or represent either the skills or representations of such transportation service.

YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE COMPANY (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) AND ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM, OR ENTITY (INCLUDING OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS SUCH AS A PRODUCT MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER WHO MAY EMPLOY THE COMPANY'S SERVICES) FROM ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH S BOOK THE LIMOUSINE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR CLAIMS THAT MAY ARISE FROM ANYTHING THAT MAY HAPPEN WHILE DEALING WITH THE AFFILIATE SERVICES. THE AFFILIATE SERVICE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS.

SATISFACTION PROCESS: Despite the fact that we are unable to provide a guarantee for the work that is carried out by an affiliated company and despite the fact that we are not obligated to you in any way with regard to your relationship with a company, we have developed a resolution process in order to try and assist you in resolving any issues that may arise in the course of LIMOUSINE OR BUS service and which may be the fault of a company that you learned about through the Company Despite the fact that we are not obligated to do so, we may, at your request, provide limited assistance in the process of settling issues that have arisen between you and one of our affiliated companies. You are required to take part in the Company's problem-solving process and make honest efforts to find solutions to any issues that arise. The release and indemnity that are detailed in these terms are not in any way rendered invalid by the provision of such limited assistance.

1. There is no refund for any deposits. No cancellations are permitted without being charged the full amount of the contract. No deposits are refundable in any way.
Due to COVID-19, no cancellations have been made. Depending on availability, the Company may, at its sole discretion, give a credit toward another limousine or bus for the exact same booking. Any cancellations that take place fewer than 30 days after the service date are not eligible for credit.
If for any reason Book the Limo is unable to get a vehicle for your event due to COVID-19's extremely restricted inventory, you will be entitled to a full refund up to the full amount paid.

2. A copy of your credit card may be needed, which should be sent to us through email or fax for your protection and to help stop credit card fraud.

3. If alcohol is allowed in the hired car, no one under the age of 21 may drink. Service will be terminated early for violations; refunds will not be given.4. No smoking allowed in the cars. A fine will be assessed for violations.

4. There will be an extra cleaning fee for vomit episodes and/or any cleaning that requires too much effort.

5. In addition to the contract price, all tolls and parking taxes must be paid separately.

6. The driver may decide to remove passengers who are disruptive, rowdy, or engaging in criminal activity, and no refunds will be given.

7. Lost, damaged, or stolen property is not our responsibility.

8. No use of illicit drugs. If violated, early termination will take place without a return.

9. Hourly billing will be used for overtime. The consumer agrees to pay for earned overtime by accepting service from Book the Limo. The availability of overtime is not guaranteed, so be sure to schedule extra time for your event.

10. Depending on the availability, the schedule, and other circumstances, Book the Limo may offer an upgrade. This choice is only feasible with Book the Limo.com's consent. While enhancements are not always available, Book the Limo will make every effort to accommodate your request. Upgrades cannot be downgraded.

11. A sales tax is a type of tax that is collected in some states. The prices listed on the website for the rentals do not include the applicable sales tax.

12. You may be subject to additional fees if the location of your final drop off is not in the same general neighborhood as the location of your first pick up.

13. In the event that the Affiliate company must cancel your reservation due to severe weather conditions, the non-refundable deposits can be applied toward the rental of another limousine of equal or greater value and used as credit.

14. BOOK THE LIMO REFUND POLICY DUE TO NON-SERVICE. THE LIMOUSINE REFERRAL SERVICES THAT ARE MADE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE OR THROUGH YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE ARE MADE AVAILABLE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY PROMISES CONCERNING THE COLOR OF THE VEHICLE; ALL WE DO IS TAKE REQUESTS. TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER THE LAW. ONLY IN THE EVENT THAT BOOK THE LIMO IS UNABLE TO SECURE A LIMOUSINE FOR YOU, OR THE LIMOUSINE COMPLETELY FAILS TO APPEAR WITHIN ONE HOUR OF THE RESERVATION TIME AND LOCATION DESIGNATED IN YOUR ORDER, WILL BOOK THE LIMO PROCESS OR PROVIDE REFUNDS. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ANY LIMOUSINE OR BUS SERVICES WHATSOEVER DUE TO EITHER OF THE PRICE4LIMO, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE), HOWEVER IT AROSE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS RELATED TO IT. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, THE DEPOSITS PAID TO PRICE4LIMO ARE MERELY BOOKING FEES AND NOT LIMOUSINE OR BUS SERVICE FEES. AND TO THE EXTENT THAT BOOK THE LIMO IS OBLIGATED TO REFUND ANY PORTION OF THE DEPOSITS MADE, SUCH REFUND IS LIMITED TO SUCH DEPOSITS/BOOKING FEES ACTUALLY COLLECT ANY SUCH CREDIT MUST BE USED TOWARDS A BOOKING WITH BOOK THE LIMO FOR A LIMOUSINE WITH PRICES THAT ARE EITHER EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL BOOKING. THIS MEANS THAT NO MONEY WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU, NOR ARE YOU ENTITLED TO CREDITS FOR MORE THAN ONE FUTURE BOOKING. THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY SUCH CREDIT SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE A FULL AND FINAL SATISFACTION OF ALL CLAIMS MADE BY YOU AND/OR OBLIGATIONS TO REFUND ANY MONIES TO YOU IN FAVOR OF BOOK THE LIMO. THIS SATISFACTION SHALL BE DEEMED UPON THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY SUCH CREDIT.

15. REFUND POLICY FOR BOOK THE LIMO IF THE SERVICE WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH. ANY REQUESTS OR DEMANDS FOR REFUNDS IN PART OR IN WHOLE AS A RESULT OF ALLEGED DEFECTS IN THE QUALITY OF THE LIMOUSINE OR BUS SERVICES PROVIDED MUST BE MADE AND WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED BY THE LIMOUSINE AFFILIATE COMPANY PROVIDING THE ACTUAL LIMOUSINE OR BUS SERVICE AND NOT BHOOK THE LIMO. BOOK THE LIMO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO OFFER AND/OR PROVIDE A CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE LIMOUSINE RESERVATION AND ORDER FOR ANY DEFICIENT LIMOUSINE OR BUS SERVICES. THIS IS NOT AN ADMITTANCE OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE QUALITY OR APPROPRIATENESS OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE AFFILIATE LIMOUSINE OR BUS COMPANY. SUCH CREDIT, TO THE EXTENT OFFERED AND AGREED IN WRITING BY BOOK THE LIMO, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS PAID BY YOU. ANY SUCH CREDIT MUST BE USED TOWARDS A BOOKING WITH PRICE4LIMO FOR A LIMOUSINE OF EQUAL OR GREATER PRICE THAN THE ORIGINAL BOOKING. THIS MEANS NO MONEY WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU, AND YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CREDITS FOR MORE THAN ONE FUTURE BOOKING. YOU MUST ASK THE AFFILIATE LIMOUSINE OR BUS COMPANY SCHEDULED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES FOR YOU FOR THE BALANCE OF ANY SUCH CREDIT YOU CLAIM FOR DEFICIENT SERVICES. THE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY SUCH CREDIT SHALL BE CONSIDERED A FULL AND FINAL SATISFACTION OF ALL CLAIMS MADE BY YOU AND/OR OBLIGATIONS TO REFUND ANY MONEY TO YOU IN FAVOR OF BOOK THE LIMO. BOOK THE LIMO DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, AND IT IS NOT A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER. It is up to the affiliate, third-party transportation provider, driver, or vehicle operator to offer transportation services that can be scheduled through the service. BOOK THE LIMOUSINE GIVES YOU INFORMATION AND A WAY TO GET SUCH THIRD PARTY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, BUT DOES NOT AND DOES NOT PLAN TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES OR ACT IN ANY WAY AS A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY SUCH THIRD PARTIES. THE LIMOUSINE REFERRAL SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BOOK THE LIMO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In other words, BOOK THE LIMO DOES NOT PROMISE THAT: BOOK THE LIMO MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT (A) THE LIMOUSINE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (B) THE LIMOUSINE OR BUS SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, (C) THE LIMOUSINE OR BUS SERVICES WILL BE ADEQUATE OR RELIABLE, OR (D) AS TO THE STAT BOOK THE LIMO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE DISTRIBUTION AND DIVISION OF MONEY PAID FOR BY YOU OR OTHER PERSONS/ENTITIES FOR LIMOUSINE OR BUS SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT GRATUITY PAYMENTS AND/OR TIPS, AS MAY BE QUOTED, STATED, OR PAID FOR SHALL ACTUALLY BE Hiring a limo or a bus is a decision to be made at your own risk. You agree that BOOK THE LIMO is not responsible for any harm, loss, injury, damage, fees, fines, penalties, compensation, or other amounts incurred as a direct or indirect result of the limousine or bus services contracted for through this site. Pictures, depictions, or photographs of any particular vehicle, limousine or otherwise, on the Website or in any other advertisement or other such materials are not necessarily indicative of the type, make, model, capacity, utility, color, or quality of any such vehicles which may be provided or utilized by Book the Limo or any of Book the Limo's affiliates or associated limousine or bus companies.

FURTHER OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE CONTRACT: Any damages caused by my group during the rental period will be paid for in full, and I agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. In addition, I consent to the LIMOUSINE Regulations. If the cancellation policy is not adhered to, I am responsible for the full amount of the contract. I acknowledge that the hours committed to in this agreement represent a floor price, and that I will be held financially responsible for any additional hours worked. By signing below, I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement and authorize Book the Limo & Affiliate Company to charge the credit card provided for the total amount due under this agreement.

You hereby release BookTheLimo and all of its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, and agents, as well as any other person, firm, or entity (including our business partners such as a product manufacturer or supplier who may employ the Company's services), from any and all damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed. BOOK THE LIMOUSINE SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR CLAIMS THAT MAY ARISE FROM ANY OCCURRENCE THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE USING THE AFFILIATE SERVICES. NO OTHER SERVICE THAN THE AFFILIATED ONE SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS. LIMO ONLY SERVES AS A BOOKING AGENCY.
